This year I have been working with Jacque on developing our school pedagogical practice. This aligns with research based pedagogy of assessment for learning practices. We are also keeping it in line with cognitive load theory and science of learning. We have worked with the CAT team in developing this and have run two staff meetings in supporting the teachers to implement this within their practise.
